Position Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and dependable DZ Truck Driver to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering propane to various locations, including homes, businesses, mines, and construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Deliver propane to customer locations in a safe and timely manner
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Inspect propane tanks for proper condition and report any concerns
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid AZ or DZ driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience
- Ability to drive a manual transmission
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read maps and follow route directions
- High school diploma
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, permanent position
- Day shift with varying hours and planned routes
- 5x8 hour or 4x10 hour shifts
- Overtime pay available
- Salary range: up to $30 per hour based on experience
