AZ Delivery Driver (2+ month duration)

Position Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and experienced AZ Delivery Driver to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering raw food ingredients to various locations across the GTA.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Verify and load merchandise onto the truck
- Deliver products to customer locations in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure proper handling and documentation of deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized truck
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies
- Report any incidents or accidents
- Occasionally operate a powered walkie for deliveries
- Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and SQF requirements
Qualifications
- Valid AZ driver's license
- Clean driving record
- 2+ years of commercial truck driving experience (asset)
- Knowledge of the GTA
- Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Forklift and walkie certification (asset)
- High school diploma
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00 AM start time
- 50-55 hours per week, on average
- Overtime paid after 44 hours per week
- $27/HR
