Looking for Vehicle Operator to maintain vehicle readiness, perform hardware/software tests, and bring a customer service approach to public interactions.
In this role, you will play a critical part of advancing the company's technology with your "safety first" mindset while collecting crucial data.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of driving experience doing data collection for autonomous vehicles. You have a working knowledge of Linux Command Line, strong oral/written communication skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
As a Vehicle Operator, you'll:
Support vehicle operations and drive 4-8 hours daily.
Perform basic software operation to support mission requirements.
Ensure vehicle roadworthiness and cleanliness are maintained.
Assist in logistical support for vehicle maintenance, movement, and storage.
Provide written and verbal feedback to the engineering team.
Requirements
5+ years of driving experience
Ability to drive for extended periods
May not have any of the following:
Moving violations within past year
DUI
Criminal record
Some experience with Linux Command Line
High level of critical thinking and problem solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Previous ADAS/autonomous vehicle testing experience is preferred
Pay rate is $23-$25/hour
