Our client has been providing the GTA and surrounding area with superior building products for over 50 years. We are seeking experienced AZ Drivers to join their team. As an AZ Driver, you will operate a variety of trucks to deliver lumber and building materials to our valued customers. This role requires a commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a 48' flat deck, 18' flat deck with roll-off/dump capabilities, and a 48' truss trailer (wide load experience required).
- Transport lumber, building materials, and trusses to various locations.
- Utilize Moffett equipment (experience is a bonus).
- Minimal to zero handbombing; assist customers with loading returns if a forklift is not available.
- Maintain and ensure the safe operation of both manual and automatic trucks (manual speed experience required).
- Adhere to a work schedule from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications:
- Valid AZ driver’s license.
- Experience with wide load transportation.
- Proficiency in operating both manual and automatic trucks.
- Moffett experience is an asset.
- Excellent driving record.
- Strong customer service skills.
