- We are looking for drivers to do deliveries out of Ottawa, ON
- Driver will need to come to the terminal in Gatineau first to pick up the dedicated truck and make their way into Ottawa (then will make their way to the Wolseley location (Lancaster Road in Ottawa) for 8:00AM, Monday to Friday. Once the driver has completed the deliveries, they will head back to the home base in Gatineau (The start time might change to 07:00 AM so drivers must be comfortabe with both times)
- Base pay $23 per hour
- Automatic trucks
- 40 Hours per week - with possible OT
- Most of the deliveries are in Ontario & driver will deal with customers upon delivering (The deliveries will be pallets that are loaded with boxes, some are hot water tanks, oil tanks, sheets of metal & various building materials) Drivers will be provided a jigger to help with the deliveries - Driver must be bilingual
- The Wolseley team will have a forklift at their locatiin to help load and their will also be a forklift at the Gatineau location if something is too heavy to use a jigger with.
- Must have 2+ years of experience and a clean abstract/cvor
- Temp position - Contract will finish around the end of September
- Driver must be consistent and capable of showing up on time
