Position Title: Yard Coordinator

Shift: 2 shifts available Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
- Hours: 4:00am – 16:00pm
- This position is entitled to the driver bonus
- Shuttling, shunting, fueling, trailer washes, supporting the yard
- The pay is based off of the driver pay scales, plus $1.00 premium
- Local GTA work as required / on occasion
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission
Driver pay is paid on a scale and is based on driver's verified experience:
AZ driver with the following years of experience, plus a $1 per hour additional premium for yard coordination
2-4 years of experience - $23.00 +$1/hour
5-7 years of experience - $23.50 +$1/hour
7-9 Years of experience - $24.50 +$1/hour
10-14 years of experience - $25.00 +$1/hour
15+ years of experience - $26.00 +$1/hour
PLUS - The driver is entitled to a performance based bonus of $1.50 per hour worked, paid at the end of every quarter. ie/ 600 hours in 3 months, or 50 hours per week is an additional $900 pay per 3 months.
This means the pay will be $25.50 up to $28.50 per hour based on experience and safe driving.
