We are hiring experienced AZ Drivers for container drayage between GTA intermodal rail terminals and
Amazon Fulfillment Centres. Local, home-daily work.
Key Responsibilities
• Pick up and deliver 40' high-cube containers between rail terminals (CN Brampton, CPKC Vaughan)
and Amazon FCs
• Handle chassis hook-up, twist-locks, and container transfers safely
• Manage terminal gate/appointment procedures and Amazon FC delivery scheduling (incl.
ASN/receiving documentation)
• Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and follow MTO hours-of-service regulations
• Complete required rail terminal site orientation/safety training prior to dispatch
Requirements & Qualifications
• Valid Ontario AZ licence, clean driver's abstract and CVOR
• 2+ years verifiable AZ driving experience
• Container/drayage experience preferred, including GTA rail terminal familiarity and chassis handling
• Comfortable with appointment-based scheduling systems (e.g., Amazon Relay)
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Physically able to handle chassis/equipment work outdoors in all weather
• Reliable, safety-focused, punctual
Compensation & Benefits
• Pay: $23-$30/hr depending on experience
• Overtime at 1.5× after 40 hours weekly
