- Ensure ongoing compliance with DOT/ MTO safety and regulatory mandates.
- Identifying and escalating customer issues if necessary; managing dispatch and routing loads.
- Reviewing DOT (Department of Transportation) e-logs.
- Conducting safety training and orientations for employees.
- being the first point of contact for collisions and injuries.
- Updating and maintaining safety records.
- Handling customer requests and inquiries at the front line.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Compiling and maintaining attendance and vacation records for hourly employees.
- Resolve operation-related problems, and prepare and submit progress reports.
- Monitor the regular maintenance of company equipment as scheduled.
- Relayed information between drivers and recipients regarding ETA and potential delays.
- evaluated incoming pick-up and delivery requests to determine driver assignments.
- Auditing driver time sheets for payroll & invoicing.
- Preparing, Processing of driver payrolls & Customer Invoices.
- Oversee driver performance and ensure efficient deliveries.
