AZ Driver – Dry Bulk Resin (Regional Routes)

Our client is one of Canada’s largest dry bulk carriers, specializing in the transport of resin, cement, and flour. We are currently seeking dedicated AZ Drivers to join our team operating out of our Mississauga, ON yard.

This role is ideal for drivers who enjoy regional hauls and are looking for a consistent schedule with a reputable carrier. While experience is a plus, we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

The Route & Schedule
  • Home Base: Mississauga, ON.
  • Primary Destinations: Frequent runs to Sainte-Thérèse, Montreal, and Drummondville, QC.
  • Extended Territory: Potential runs to New Brunswick and Nova Scotia as required.
  • Frequency: Expect 2–3 trips per week.
  • Hours: 60+ hours per week; must be available to work Saturdays when required.

Compensation & Perks
  • Hourly Rate: $28/HR
  • Per Diem: $40 per night out.
  • Training: No prior bulk trailer experience? No problem. Full training is provided.

Requirements
  • License: Valid AZ License with a clean abstract.
  • Transmission: Ability to operate a manual transmission is required.
  • Physical Fitness: This is a physically demanding role. Drivers must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and lift heavy hoses approximately 5 feet into the air for loading/unloading.
  • Communication: Bilingualism (English/French) is a strict requirement.
  • Experience: Previous experience with resin or cement is preferred, but not mandatory.
Note: We operate a diverse fleet of tanks ranging from tandems to five-axle configurations. If you are a physically fit, professional driver ready to hit the road toward Quebec and the Maritimes, we want to hear from you.
