DZ Front-End Loader (FEL) – Multi-residential collections - Brampton, ON
We are seeking dependable, safety-minded Swing DZ Driver/Loaders to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various waste collection vehicles, providing essential service for multi-residential/commercial collections across Peel and the GTA.
This role requires significant flexibility, a clean driving record, physical fitness, and a commitment to exceptional customer service and safety.
Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Operation & Safety:
- Safely and efficiently operate a range of vehicles, including Multi-Residential Front-End, Rear Load, Top Load, and residential collection trucks.

- Must adhere to Company safety protocols and must be familiar with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.

- Comply with all Company and Provincial Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.

- Maintain a clean driver's abstract and CVOR, and ensure no preventable accidents in the past year.

- Follow all safety, environmental, and municipal guidelines to keep yourself and others safe.

Service & Route Execution (Commercial/Multi-Residential Focus):
- Utilize excellent knowledge of Peel/GTA roads and areas.

- Ensure customers are serviced as per their contractual requirements and schedules.

- Physically push and pull various sizes and weights of containers in and out of enclosures and rooms.

- Lock and unlock containers and enclosures/rooms as required.

Flexibility & Coverage:
- The Swing Driver/Loader will be utilized to cover vacations, absences, and provide extra help on existing routes.

- During some periods you will be required to assist with driving and loading for residential collections.
