Licensed 310T Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic
- We are currently seeking two Licensed 310T Heavy Duty Truck Mechanics or a skilled 4th-Year Apprentice ready to write their exam.
The Opportunity: Afternoon Shift (3:00 PM – Midnight)
Compensation: $46.78 / Hour (includes a $3.50 shift premium)

As a Licensed 310T Mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our heavy-duty fleet and specialized equipment. Your duties will include:

Inspection & Diagnosis: Conducting comprehensive tests and detailed inspections of heavy equipment and trucks to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.

Preventative Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and servicing as per manufacturer schedules and company standards to minimize breakdowns.

Repair & Overhaul: Completing all necessary repairs, including engine, transmission, brake systems, suspension, and hydraulic components, in a timely and meticulous manner.

Documentation: Accurately completing all work orders and maintenance reports, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Safety & Compliance: Adhering strictly to all company health and safety protocols while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Problem-Solving: Utilizing diagnostic software, technical manuals, and team collaboration to resolve complex or unusual repair challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements

Licensed Mechanic: Must possess a valid 310T Heavy Duty Truck Mechanics licence (or be a 4th-Year Apprentice preparing for the licensing exam).

Experience: Proven background performing maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment or commercial trucks.
